As diverse as our present realities, are also the ways to reach a harmonious life. For 21 years I have studied a few of those languages and techniques, with just that objective, to transcend the frameworks and reach to underlying totality. On this path, a unique collection of knowledge and skills have developed and combined to a versatile profession.

Psychology, Tantra Yoga, Ayurveda, Shamanic naturalism and Spirituality are my most comfortable and connected models to work with. Many people from the western world still have difficulties to follow yogic philosophy or shamanic language, so the focus can be more on psychological terminology, others have a deep spirituality incorporated and will have difficulties to connect to the structured, factual explanations brought by neuroscience. Thanks to great diversity and global cultural exchange we can choose from countless philosophies and models of understanding to find one, that will be most aligned and easy to work with for the individual.

Here we create an accepting space for any personal reality and work in group or private sessions to use and interlink these tools to gain the biggest benefit for each and all participants. Connecting to the present reality of the participant we create a low threshold access to various therapies and practices and can slowly incorporate unknown perspectives and techniques to support and opening to oneself and the world in all its facets.
